HOW THE DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDS BRAIN IS DIFFERENT FROM ADULTS?
Have you ever wondered that,the small children learn new skills in an highly organised and in sophisticated manner than an 25 year old guy,this is because the concept of neuroplasticity.Neuroplasticity can be defined as the ability of The nervous system to change its activity in response to intrinsic for extrinsic stimuli by reorganising the structures, functions or connections.There are billions of neurons in our 3 pound brain. This neurones synapses with each other and communicate among themselves.
Several neurons communicate with one another and make a neural circuit.And there are millions of connections in the brain.Stimulation of each circuit will do a certain corresponding work,another circuit will do their corresponding works.Thats how the brain works.I have explained just a simple mechanism. There are many mechanisms by that brain operates in various ways.
So when brain is developing in the early stages of life the neurons communicate with each other and making circuits faster and much stronger than an adult brain.So when the child is developing in their early year keep the surrounding environment which is appropriate and better for them.Studies shows that orphans brain will remain underdeveloped.
While in adults brain there is already connections between neurons.so to make new connections it is quite difficult.So it needs more practice of the skill to learn and master it.This is one of my ideas.
For example in case 1 IF one neuron is connected with other 500 neurons. and in other case one neuron is connected to 1000 neurons. Now both wants to make a new connection.For which neuron it would be easier? obviously in case 1. Consider the case 1 is child and case 2 is adults brain.
